10-25-17 Shooting/Robbery - 6200 Lee Why
On October 25, 2017 at 8:34 a.m. officers with the Chattanooga Police Department were dispatched to a shots fired call at 6200 Lee Hwyin the Mapco parking lot. The following are the preliminary facts of that incident.

10-22-17 Traffic Crash/Fatality - 6800 Lee Hwy.
At 7:54 p.m. on Sunday, October 22, 2017 Chattanooga Police responded to a traffic crash at 6800 Lee Hwy. The following was determined through interview, investigation and observation:
10-23-17 Shooting - 4000 block Rogers Rd.
UPDATE (11/17/17):
On November 17, 2017, Investigators with Chattanooga Police Department's Homicide Division with the assistance of CPD Street Crimes Unit, Intelligence Unit, and SWAT Team arrested the suspect in an October, 2017 shooting on Rogers Road.
The suspect, Amear Richard, is charged with Attempted First Degree Murder, Aggravated Assault, and Possession of a Firearm during a Dangerous Felony.
Richard is now in custody at the Hamilton County Jail.

On Friday, October 20, 2017 at 7:37 p.m., Chattanooga Police officers were called to a local hospital after a person showed up with a gunshot wound. The following are the preliminary facts of that incident:
