12-22-19 Fatal Traffic Crash - 5700 Highway 58
On December 22, 2019 at approximately 10:36 p.m., the Chattanooga Police Department's Traffic Unit responded to 5700 Highway 58 on a multi-vehicle traffic crash. The following was determined through interview, observation, and investigation.
12-22-19 Shooting - 5200 block Usher Drive
On December 22, 2019 at approximately 12:43 a.m., Chattanooga Police responded to a residence in the 5200 block of Usher Drive on reports of a Person Shot. The following are the preliminary facts of the investigation:
12-12-19 UPDATE: ARREST / 12-8-19 Homicide / Shooting - 2300 Wilson Street
UPDATE (12-12-19): A suspect wanted for killing two people and nearly ending the life of another is now in custody at the Hamilton County Jail. Mark Caslin was apprehended on December 12, 2019 by a Hamilton County Sheriff's Office Deputy.
12-14-19 Homicide / Shooting - 2900 block Morgan Ave.
UPDATE (12-15-19): The Chattanooga Police Department has identified the deceased female that was reported on December 14, 2019 as 40-year-old Lisa Johnson. Ms. Johnson's family has been notified of her death.

12-19-19 ARREST / 12-8-19 Shooting - 2413 Fourth Avenue
UPDATE (12-19-19): Chattanooga Police Department's Fugitive Officers have arrested a suspect in the shooting incident that occurred at 2413 Fourth Avenue on December 7, 2019. The suspect is identified as 24-year-old Lontiasha Burress. She is charged with Attempted Criminal Homicide, Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Dangerous Felony, and Reckless Endangerment. Burress is in custody at the Hamilton County Jail.
