12-22-19 Shooting - 5200 block Usher Drive
- While en route to the residence, police were notified that the victim was being taken to a hospital via personal vehicle.
- The juvenile victim suffered significant, but non-life-threatening injuries.
- Upon arrival at the residence, police located evidence indicating shots were fired from outside the residence into the home.
- A resident in the home stated to police that the juvenile victim was asleep when struck by gunfire.
- No injuries were reported by others who were in the home at the time of the shooting.
- CPD Homicide Unit Detectives are handling the investigation. At this time, there is no known suspect or motive.
