7-30-20 Shooting- 2400 4th Avenue
On July 30, 2020 at approximately 10:53 a.m., Chattanooga Police responded to 2400 4th Ave on a report of a person shot. The following are the preliminary facts of the investigation:
7-29-20 Traffic Fatality - 800 East Martin Luther King Blvd.
On July 29, 2020 at approximately 1:48 p.m. Chattanooga Police responded to a single vehicle crash in the 800 block of East Martin Luther King Boulevard. The CPD Traffic / DUI Unit responded to the scene. The following was determined through interview, observation, and investigation:
7-28-20 Shooting - 1664 Greendale Way
On July 28, 2020 at approximately 2:00 p.m., Chattanooga Police responded to a Person Shot call at 1664 Greendale Way. The following are the preliminary facts of the investigation:
7-28-20 Missing Adult - Daryl Loyd
The Chattanooga Police Department is assisting the Memphis Police Department in working to locate a missing adult. Please see the attached Missing Person poster regarding Daryl Loyd. Loyd's family believes he's in the Chattanooga area.

8-3-20 Suspect Arrested / 7-27-20 Shooting- 500 Fisher Avenue
UPDATE: On August 3, 2020, Chattanooga Police charged a suspect in the July 27 shooting of a female that occured at 500 FIsher Avenue. The suspect, Christian Wooden, is charged with Aggravated Assault and Possession of a Firearm. Wooden is in custody at the Hamilton County Jail.
