11-8-21 UPDATE: Assistance Needed / 10-24-21 Homicide- Shooting- 1100 Arlington Avenue
UPDATE (11-8-21): Chattanooga Police Homicide Investigators are asking for assistance in identifying a homicide suspect. On October 24, 2021, D'Marquis Bell was shot and killed outside of Bayberry Apartments in the 1100 block of Arlington Avenue. Investigators believe that the individual in the attached photos and video clips is the suspect in this homicide. The suspect appears to be a black male and investigators believe his hoodie and shoes seen in the photos might make him stand out.
10-29-21 Suspect Arrested / 10-23-21 Homicide- Shooting- 700 North Germantown Road
UPDATE (10-29-21): Chattanooga Police Homicide Investigators have arrested Jacorey Owens in connection to the homicide of Tawon Billups that occurred on October 23, 2021 in the 700 block of Germantown Road. Owens is charged with Criminal Homicide and Felonious Possession of a Weapon during a Dangerous Felony. He is in custody at the Silverdale Detention Center.

On October 13, 2021 at approximately 8:26 p.m., Chattanooga Police were advised that an individual had arrived at a local hospital by private vehicle with a gunshot wound. The following are the preliminary facts of the investigation:

On October 18, 2021 at approximately 5:36 p.m., Chattanooga Police responded to the 2000 block of Emma Kate Drive on a report of a person shot. The following are the preliminary facts of the investigation:

On October 12, 2021 at approximately 2:58 p.m., Chattanooga Police Traffic Division responded to a traffic fatality at 2511 Hamill Road. The following was determined through interview, observation, and investigation:
