Johnson is charged with Attempted First Degree Murder, Especially Aggravated Robbery, Aggravated Robbery, and Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Dangerous Felony. He is in custody at the Hamilton County Jail.

On August 16, 2020 at approximately 3:37 p.m., Chattanooga Police responded to the 4300 block of Hwy 58 on a report of a person shot. The following are the preliminary facts of the investigation:
- Upon arrival, Officers located a party suffering from a gun shot wound and secured the scene.
- The victim was transported to a local hospital by Hamilton County EMS with a non life threatening injury.
- Investigators with the Violent Crimes Bureau responded to conduct an investigation.
- Chattanooga Police ask anyone with information regarding this incident to call 423-698-2525 or submit a tip via the CPD Mobile App. You can remain anonymous.

Male, 19
