7-28-19 Homicide / Shooting - 1400 block East 28th Street
- Upon arrival, Police located a male and female suffering from gunshot wounds.
- Hamilton County EMS pronounced the female dead on scene and transported the male to a local hospital.
- Officers secured the scene and called for the CPD Violent Crimes Bureau to respond.
- Investigators obtained information that confirmed the identity of the suspect as Paul Kulikowski.
- Hamilton County Dispatch advised they were notified by a party that the suspect confessed to the shootings and was threatening suicide at an address in the 4300 block of Kemp Drive.
- The CPD SWAT Team responded, and after a short standoff found the suspect dead from apparent self-inflicted gunshot wounds.
